Shipping times vary based on location. For the United Kingdom, delivery typically takes between 7 to 16 business days, while international orders may take between 7 to 25 business days. Please note that processing time of 4-6 business days is separate from shipping time.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please provide clear evidence through photos of the product and packaging, along with your customer information. This will allow our team to assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can only be canceled within 30 minutes of placement. After this period, the order may have already been processed, and cancellation will not be possible. A transaction fee may apply if canceled within the initial 30 minutes.

What if my order does not arrive on time?

In rare instances, packages may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances. If there are no tracking updates for more than 30-60 business days, we will initiate a new shipment. Your understanding and patience during such events are appreciated.
